Smoothie

This Berry Green Tea Smoothie recipe combines low-fat milk, frozen berries, frozen banana and matcha powdered green tea into one quick, energy-boosting, healthy smoothie. It’s loaded with all natural antioxidants, Vitamin C, Potassium, Probiotics and Vitamin D. Yield: Two cups



Ingredients:

1/2 cup low-fat milk

1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, mixed berries or other berries)

1 peeled, frozen banana (preferably a very ripe banana)

1 tsp. matcha powder

Optional: (1/3 cup of Steeped Tea’s Berry Mania Tea, cooled)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into t cups and enjoy!
